Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all Provinces across Canada. Every rule always allows for exceptions, so please do not hesitate to contact us so we can see if we can accommodate your request.

We currently do not ship to either of the Territories.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship via Canada Post for the most cost efficient shipping option. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number for your reference.

If you live in Barrie or Innisfil, we will deliver to your doorstep.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please accept our apology if this occurs. We are shipping glass and we wrap it with the intention of it arriving intact. Mistakes happen so please click the Let's Chat button or send us an email at bzzamore@gmail.com.

Get free shipping anywhere in Canada, outside of Ontario, with any order

over $100.

If you live in Ontario, we offer free shipping for orders over $50.

Can I cancel my order?

If you ordered incorrectly or if you wish to cancel your order once you placed it, please send an email within 12 hours or placing your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Our food product are sealed to ensure freshness. Even if the seal remains intact, we unfortunately are not allowing refunds for our food products.

Can I change my order?

We are a small business and in the business of creating customers for life. We are happy to adjust any order. Please send an email to bzzamore@gmail.com with your order number so that we can confirm the changes.

Payment Information

BzzAmore allows for all major credit cards.

We don't stop there though, if you would like to place an order and use an E-transfer, we can definitely arrange that. Please email us at bzzamore@gmail.com to discuss this process.
